What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Speaking requests — your name, email address, organisation and event details, and anything you add in the optional fields.
- Mentorship enquiries — your name, email address, area of interest and optional message.
- General enquiries — your name, email address, enquiry category and message.
- Emails you send us — whatever you include in them.
Please do not include sensitive personal details in a form. If a conversation calls for them, it can happen directly and privately.
How it is used
Your information is used only to read and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and arrange a speaking engagement or mentorship. It is not sold, used for marketing lists or shared with anyone other than the services needed to deliver your message, described below.
How your enquiry reaches us
Form submissions are sent securely to our email inbox through an email delivery provider, which processes the message only to deliver it.
The website itself does not store form submissions.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third-party services. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement or mentorship, and are then deleted. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email contact@theunstoppablevoice.org and we will respond.
